- Alan Watts
Death is a part of life. If you or someone you love is facing end of life you know how scary and overwhelming it all can be! Let me take the burden from you so you can focus on what matters most in your final months, weeks or days. Helping get your paperwork together, creating a legacy for your loved ones, or just being present I can help you have a Good Death and allow you to leave this world at peace.

Journaling Through Grief
February 23, 6:30-8PM
The Be Sanctuary
3360 Tremont Rd Suite 230/240, Upper Arlington, OH 43221
There are many ways to process grief, but journaling for grief is one of the most accessible and powerful tools out there. In this grief journaling workshop, we’ll talk honestly about what grief really is, why it hits so dang hard, and how writing can help you process emotions, release stuck feelings, and make sense of your grief journey, one page at a time.
No fixing. No toxic positivity. Just real, compassionate grief support through writing.
No journaling experience required. If you can write a sentence, you’re qualified. All you need is something to write with, something to write on, and a willingness to let the feelings out of your head and onto the page.
Let’s Write a Death Plan!
February 26 at 6:30PM EST
Virtual on zoom
Tickets $40 - limited availability!
Let’s talk about the topic we avoid most. Most people don’t avoid end-of-life planning because they don’t care, they avoid it because it feels heavy, awkward, or like tempting fate.
Here’s the truth: planning doesn’t make death happen sooner. It makes living feel lighter now.
This workshop is about giving yourself permission to talk about what matters: your values, your comfort, your legacy, before someone else has to guess.
During our 90 minutes together I invite you to slow down, reflect, and put your end-of-life wishes into words. Together, we’ll explore the practical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of death planning. From medical directives and legacy letters to the rituals and comforts that matter most to you.
Through guided reflection, quiet writing time, and optional sharing, you’ll begin crafting a “death plan” that’s as unique as your life. One that brings peace of mind to you and your loved ones. Come prepared to write, reflect, and maybe even laugh a little as we face the inevitable with honesty, heart, and a touch of grace.
Please bring a pen and notebook or paper to take notes!

“Nikki guided me through the overwhelming and sometimes uncomfortable task of approaching elderly loved ones about their end of life planning. I feel more prepared for the business side of things, so that there is more space for the emotional side of things. Nikki is such a valuable resource for helping me to put feelings into words and meaningful actions. It is nice to have a knowledgeable guide through some of the most difficult times in life. Nikki makes a tough topic easier to approach and process.”
— M.L.
“Nikki is deeply committed to helping others, experienced, prepared, and most importantly- compassionate.”
— L.L.
Nikki is an incredibly compassionate and versatile Death Doula. I wish I would have contacted her sooner after the terminal diagnosis instead of struggling against intrusive thoughts about mortality on my own. While her wheelhouse is humans she was very accommodating in discussing the upcoming (and then the actual) loss of my beloved dog.
