What This Is

The Good Grief Society is a membership-based community where you don’t have to explain yourself, minimize your pain, or pretend you’re “doing better” for anyone else’s comfort.

This is a space to:

• Talk about the hard stuff

• Sit quietly when words feel impossible

• Laugh when something is darkly funny (because sometimes it is)

• Be witnessed exactly as you are

No toxic positivity. No pressure to heal on demand. No “at least…” BS.

Who This Is For

• People grieving a death

• People grieving a diagnosis, a relationship, a former version of themselves

• Caregivers carrying anticipatory grief

• Humans who are “functional” on the outside and falling apart quietly inside

You don’t have to be fresh in grief.
You don’t have to be falling apart.
You just have to be human.

What’s Included

Monthly Grief Circle
A live, facilitated grief circle where you can share, listen, or just exist.
You are never required to speak. You are always welcome.

Guest Speakers (Every Other Month)
Thoughtful conversations with grief-literate humans: therapists, caregivers, creatives, death workers etc. offering insight, tools, and new ways to understand what you’re carrying.

Daily Journal Prompts (Delivered Weekly)
Gentle, honest prompts sent to you weekly that you can use daily.
Some are reflective. Some are grounding. Some are about hope, legacy, or living now.
A few may even be a little funny. Because grief is heavy enough already.

Private Slack Community
A private space to connect between circles:

• Share reflections

• Ask questions

• Say “today is a lot” without explanation

• Celebrate small wins that don’t feel small
